Rust in sills of 3.2 Carrera Targa

I have another problem guys, this time its rusty inner sills, under the plastic kick plate, I must admit Ive known its there for a while but Ive been putting my fingers in my ears and going- la la la la laaa, But now I really do need to do something about it, I dont want it spreading to the so called kidney bowls. (thats if it hasn't already!)
The problem is who do I take it to that is'nt the other side of the country? I live in Redhill Surrey and I use Camtune in Godalming for my servicing, they also offer bodywork facilities but I think these are farmed out, Anyone got any suggestions?
Many thanks in advance!
Glenn Martin

Directly opposite JAZZ in wembley is 911 bodyshop (they handle most of JAZZ's racing & customer requirements) who have a great reputation, I can vouch for that

I had mine done last year by Langley Autocraft, just off junction 20 of M25. I'm very pleased with the result. They also do alot of Porsche work.

Thanks Simon,
I'll have a chat with them as well. I've had one estimate they recon about £600 per side, does that sound like its in the right ball park?

Cheers Glenn.

Beware this is a job that can only get worse when you start to strip the car down mine had a bubbly patch on the B-post in the end I had to replace the outer sill the kidney bowl and the jacking point and patch tyhe inner sill. I stripped all the panels off myself and fitted up the new panels and then subbed out the welding and spraying. It cost me about £100 in panels and £600ish in welding and painting.

Thanks for the advice Baz, I'm getting more nervous about this job by the minute!
I'm beggining to wonder how much of my car is going to be left after all the tinworm is cut out!
I'll keep you posted guys.
Cheers Glenn
