911sse

I have owned my 911 for over a year now and keep it garaged.
Over the last couple of months a little bubbling has appeared under the paint on the Offside front wing, just the other side of the seal.[
]
The car has no other rust, apart for a little bubbling on the bumper bellows. Hardly any stone chips and is perfect around the front lights.
I have noted that some people say to avoid this when looking at a new purchase.
Has anyone tackled such a repair? Is it worth it? Asthetically, it does not bother me, however, I suppose that I will have to tackle it one day.
Any advice?
