Club Porsche De France Rye Fish & Chip Run October 7th 2007

As a member of PCGB and Club Porsche de France I have great pleasure in organising for you the opportunity to sample the finest English cuisine that is known to us as ...........
"Fish and Chips"
The day will include some driving along the coast roads of Kent and East Sussex, a train ride on a miniature steam railway, fish and chip lunch, and the opportunity to look around and shop in the old coastal town of Rye.

Hopefully the day will run as follows:

Sunday 7th October

9.00am Arrive / Depart Dover Port for approx 25 mile drive along the coast to New Romney.

10.00am Coffee stop at New Romney railway station.

10.25am Steam train ride to Dungeness (£6.50 approx 10 euros per person return) www.rhdr.org.uk/rhdr/home_flash.html

11.00am. Return Dungeness to new Romney

11.35 am approx 15 mile drive to Rye

12.15 pm Arrive parking area at Rye behind Restaurant. (Parking £3.00 approx 5 euros per car)

12.30pm Lunch Restaurant "Kettle O' Fish" Fish and Chips restaurant or take away. (£6.95 approx 10 euros restaurant or take away £4.25 approx 7 euros) your choice

15.15pm Meet at parking area

15.30pm Depart for Dover

16.30pm Arrive Dover

17.00pm Departure to Calais
