S2 Decat & Dansk Rear Silencer - Noise Levels?

I know there are de-cat silencers available for the S2 which I was about to buy until I have come across a straight pipe replacement for the Cat so not even replacing it with a standard silencer - just a nice un-restricted pipe. Has anyone got / experienced one and know what the noise levels are like?

If I got for it, I will be also fitting a new Dansk rear box from Bert at Berlyn Services which I believe are not too loud?? (I don't want to be deafened !)

(The car is soon to go in for a new inlet cam and have the diff bearings changed, so I decided to hell with it and I might aswell pay a 'little' bit more and properly freshen her up - I've already bought a chip and induction kit which I am waiting to fit until I have decided on the exhaust options, and had the other work done....)

Thanks,
Chris.

It will not be drastically loud [] Graeme (userid 944turbos) did this with his S2 and at the last Dyno Day you could tell it was a different sound but not drastically so.

I did the same thing with my turbo front silencer and it was a bit meatier but not intrusive (obviously it will be quieter than an S2 as the turbocharger muffles a lot)

I've got a Hayward & Scott decat and back box and although not really loud it does make a nice sound. I wouldn't be suprised if the dansk system will be similar.
