Safe parking in Manchester?

Hope this isn't viewed as an abuse of the Forum- can anyone recommend somewhere for me to park my 993 on a Sunday night in Manchester, somewhere near Oxford Road Railway station? I'm hoping to spend the evening near there but I'm scared stiff of getting a key run down the side of it. I know nothing is ever certain in our crime ridden world but any recommendations on the least risky place to park would be most welcome.

I've never had any trouble with my Porsches ( 993, 996, 964RS) in central Manchester, however if you are nervous there are a few NCPs very close eg near Palace theatre....cheaper than a repair job !

whenever I used to take my porker into Manchester I would take it into Piccadilly hotel for safe keeping, I used the excuse that I was having a business meeting in the bar. Never had a worry.
The first time I took the BMW into a multi storey in Manchester last year and guess what, yep it was broken into. If you use one of the ground floor flat car parks they usually have an attendant so it would be safer.

I often park in Manchester and have never had a problem. There is a car park close to Victoria station which is often manned and if you give the chaps a tip they will keep an eye on your car as well. Its cheap normally £5....
