At the moment I am contemplating the sale of my 1997 C2S I have advertised it half heartidly, probably because I dont really want to part with it. The car is Artic Silver, Black Leather, Full Service History, Every invoice for the spend to date and is in superb condition. I was asking around the £30 k Mark but have only had a number of tyre kickers. Do you think I am asking too much for it?

if its 50k miles or thereabouts it seems fair,if its nearer 100k then maybe aim for late 20`s??

Car is just coming up for 70,000.
I advertised it in the Auto Trader a couple of weeks ago have pictures if anyones interested.

I think 30K is about right/reasonable for a private sale 70k miles C2S, assuming there is nothing odd (eg lack of service record etc).

You might do better on Pistonheads (or our own members-for-sale) than on AutoTrader - you will get a set of buyers who understand the S
