Hi. Where can I get a Sat Nav CD for my 2003 996 Turbo (Fitted with PCM)? It's for uuse in UK (GB and Ireland)?

Your nearest Porsche Centre or try EBay for a pirated copy that may or may not work.

Regards,

Clive.

Thanks Clive. Just been quoted £364 from local Porsche Centre. Could buy 3 Garmins for that amount...

I have exactly the same car as you, I got a disc from www.satnavi.com for £35.00. Works perfectly and is bang up to date and covers western Europe aswell!

Hi Rob
I have a spare (official Porsche) disk - off my C4S but I now have a later version.
It is PCM Navigation Europe CD3 compatible with PCM Version 3.0 - 08.2003 996.642.030.01 7L5.919.884.G.
Email me if you are interested - it should fit yours but it comes with no guarantees !

Chris

[8D] I've heard that you have to be careful (lucky ;) ) when using a "pirated" copy as they have been known to cause the laser to burn out. I have gone down the Garmin route as it also provides full post codes and safety camera (speed trap) sites and other features, the Porsche system was c*** when new and is now even worse, sadly Porsche electronic technology has always lagged behind their engines etc.
