Sat Nav Console in 993 C2S

Hi,

I've just seen a 993 C2S for sale, please have a look below:
http://www.v12online.com/Cardata/Silver_993_Black.htm

What has surprised me is that it seems to have a bespoke centre console with Sat/Nav screen, which is described as 'factory sat-nav'. If you look at some of the photos, is even has a nice shutter to protect the screen with a Carrera S logo. I think it looks impressive, whoever put it in!!

Has anyone else seen something like that?...it can't be Porsche original can it?

prob' from the Porsche exclusive collection.... seen a few.. although very rare..

as after all if it's available Porsche can fit it ...

That's the first I 've ever seen in a 993; it looks like a neat installation.

A small point: I noted the mileage showed 47,000 on the clock whereas the main text of the advert said 45,000.

Looks a superb install - never seen one like this. The leather / stiching seems perfect and I like the way they have moved some of the buttons to above the screen. I wonder if there is a carcass out there to buy somewhere?

.... car phone looks a bit dated now though.

just noticed that !

although from the others I've seen (iffy brown interiors), agree with Maurice ([;)]) this is by far the best installation, stiching et al....

nice car as well.... I want its carbon backed sports seats !

Looks a pucker install, would be interested to know if available new and if can be retro-fitted into my C4S.[&:]
