Saturday 25th May - Family Day

I have been emailing about this for a while,

Need final numbers for anyone wishing to ski, but everyone is very welcome to attend,


meeting point, Porsche Glasgow 10am for 10.15am departure, (Little earlier if you fancy a cuppa)

Skiing starts at midday at Dunfemline Water Sports Centre and there will be a BBQ -

I will bring along lots of rolls and burgers, just bring yourself or anything else you would like,

Lets hope the weather is dry,

Gutted I can't make it, I'd have brought my wakeboard........however I shall be thinking of you all basking in the hot LA sunshine......[:)]
 
I might be a bit slow on the uptake but can you clear up the date problem?
I take it's the 26th in which case we might make it.

Andy, you are correct, it is Saturday 26th May for the Family Day. Think Scott is onto his 2013 calender already.

Ill ask the better half whats happening this weekend as Id like to come along (not for the skiing though) after getting my car back. Whats the info on the meet/day itself (Ive missed the emails unfortunately) - is there a post on the forum about it all ?

For anyone travelling from the West.

Meeting Point Porsche Glasgow, ( I will be there around 9.30am having stopped for a McMuffin no doudt) departing 10.15am, So get there early if you want a cuppa and a look at the cars -

Meeting Point for East Coast - Car Park at Dakota Hotel at South Queensferry departing 11am, Kim will be there to meet you in here shiny new boxster ! on loan though [&o]

aiming to be on site for 11.30am latest as our skiing slot commences at midday sharp for those booked. for everyone that is skiing can you come and see me or Mike Symes as soon as you arrive so we can organise everyone into time slots.

We will bring along a load of burgers and buns but feel free to bring anything else you like that you would like cooked on the BBQ.

There is no bar so bring along any beer/wine you would like yourself. (sun cream ! seemingly if the weather report is to be believed)

There is no bar at the centre, there are picnic tables and chairs outside, but perhaps bring some folding chairs along also.



We will have the Gazebo along (thanks Alan)

See you all Saturday - 26th ( got the date correct at last [:)]) which is this Saturday.

Been out on my bike spectating at the Edinburgh Marathon, thought I'd pop out as it is such a cracking day, and realised it was YESTERDAY. Doh!

apart from some dodgy pictures of me, Saturday was one of the best days I have ever had with the club,

skiing fab, BBQ fab - thanks Robin for picking up all the food and thanks to kevin and chris for being chef on the day,

Angela is loading up most of the photos onto porscheclubscotland face book page,

I will email some of the individual ones to each person,
