SC into Turbo shell?

Can someone answer this please, it's a Q. that was posted in the main website FAQ section

'I want to reshell a 3ltr SC (1980) into a 1979 turbo shell, the
turbo trailing arms came with the shell. Will the SC rear suspension
assembly and the front assembly fit the turbo shell. Thankyou
Mark'.
