Scratches and swirls

Unfortunately, my 993's previous owner did not treat the bodywork on the car with the love and attention it deserved. I have been advised that the best way to get this sorted is to find a restoration expert and have the paintwork "mopped". I live in North London. Any suggestions folks?

Thanks

Rob, Are you not the distributor for Zaino in the UK?
You seem to have left that out of your post...

In any case, Zaino results are down to the preparation, as not even Z5 will cover swirls and scratches.
I'm a very happy Zaino (and Rejex!) user - but I do have a Porter Cable DA polisher that gets the paint prepwork done first. Zaino over scratches will just result in shiny scratches.[:'(]

Rob,

Just trying to save you hassle - we have had an issue in the past with people posting - pretending to be satisfied customers - and they turn out to be the supplier... Obviously not good practice once this comes to light.

In addition some Porsche Post advertisers (understandably) take offence at "free" adverts being placed on the forum by other companies- we've ended up removing quite a few...
Next time you have a chat with Hine Marketing you might want to enquire about Forum rates - then you could justifiably post here without hiding anything.[:)]

As I said - I use Zaino and Rejex - so I'd be delighted to see more on these products.[8D]
