”My Porsche”
I have tried to renew my, "My Porsche app” only to be told by Vodadone that they could not connect to my car, I have been having sporadic connection during the last 12 months, and told by Vodafone that I need to have a hard reset done at my local Porsche centre, upon contacting them, after a delay I was told this would cost £565, then I would also have to pay £265 subscription, I don’t mind the subscription costs but having to pay that much for a hard reset seems excessive, has any one else had this problem.
ps as the main point is the Porsche tracker, I would have thought the system would have lasted the life of the car, disappointed in Porsche.
