”My Porsche”
I have tried to renew my, "My Porsche app” only to be told by Vodadone that they could not connect to my car, I have been having sporadic connection during the last 12 months, and told by Vodafone that I need to have a hard reset done at my local Porsche centre, upon contacting them, after a delay I was told this would cost £565, then I would also have to pay £265 subscription, I don’t mind the subscription costs but having to pay that much for a hard reset seems excessive, has any one else had this problem.
ps as the main point is the Porsche tracker, I would have thought the system would have lasted the life of the car, disappointed in Porsche.
 
Sorry to hear of the connection problems your are having with your PCM.

Various forums have picked up the same problem and are worth a read. I'll drop you a PM with some suggestions.
