Seat belt stalk leather covers

Evening all, anyone tried those leather seat belt covers off eBay? £15. A lot for 2 little bits of leather, but still, not a lot of money, if you get my drift. If so, do they stay where they should or are they just annoying like I find those seat belt pads to be. (They lasted all of 2 minutes)
