Seat flying back

Here' s another annoying problem.

The drivers seat on my ' 12 sporadically clicks one notch back when driving - normally as you approach a corner (but not every corner). We have had the mechanism apart and it is better, so I assume it is wear in the mechanism somewhere.

Has anyone else suffered from this / found a way of fixing it?
