Seat Retrim

I had decided my seats were a little tatty especially the drivers bolster and pipeing and my door cards were just smooth so I have had them retrimmed.
The seats were trimmed in the same colour but with red pipeing and we introduced stiching to the door cards.
They look great and the retrimmer was only 20 minutes down the road in Bromsgrove , West Midlands.

Very easy to deal with and loads of choice.

They look fantastic. Would you like to share with us what the bill was?

Hi
Total cost including the dreaded VAT was £840, that was for the 2 front seats and the door cards.
I delivered and collected them and they had them for just under 2 weeks.

Thanks Steve

you got yourself a bargain and I know a good place to go when needing interior refurbishment.

Thats bloody cheap.

Whats the quality of the leather like?

How much extra would it have been for perforated leather?

I have no idea how much perforated would be, The job looks good especially the stitching on the door cards.
They were recommended by a Porsche specialist , I then did a little checking followed by visiting there premises and looking at the quality of there work and also there attitude.
Very easy to deal with and very helpfull.
I've had other cars re trimmed IE Etype, Morgan and there worked seemed as good if not better than those.
It was good value not cheap or do others over charge because of the badge we drive !! ?.

Speak to them or look on there site.

Steve

Yeah, I think I'll definately be giving them a call.

Most places have quote around 2 grand or more. Southbound were over 5k. I'm looking at a full retrim so it does include the dash top and bottom, rear seats and rear pannels but as I see the bulk of the labour is in in the 2 front seats and door cards anwyay.
