seatbelts?

Hi Guys , on my 987 boxster S the driver seat belt is very slow in recoiling it self after you have left the car , any thoughts? it seems to be getting slower as time goes by, much like myself!:)
 
I have had the same on mine recently and I asked on here. It might be the cold weather believe it or not. Seems when its walmer I dont get the problem... bizarre I know ! I stopped messing with it and left the heater on and it went back on its own accord. No problems since
