Seized brakes

Well the time has come to uncover the 944 and start getting dirty fingers again.
First question?
Does anyone know of an easy way to free off brakes that have seized?
The car has been stood for a while and won't budge.
The car does not run at the moment either so I can't drive it to free them up.
It's parked on gravel, so I can't drag them free......?
 
Jack up a corner at a time and drop back down on to a peace off 4"x2". Place the wood at 5 or 7 o clock. The twist should free the wheel
