Following last year’s very successful weekend to Wales we are doing it again on September 9th and 10th, though using different routes. We will again be based at The Metropole Hotel, Llandridrod Wells.

You can be flexible with the weekend to suit your own needs. Last year many of us met early on the Saturday at Uttoxeter services and travelled via a suggested route to The Metropole. On Saturday evening there will be a group meal followed by a fun quiz. On Sunday, get your driving gloves on - we will cover 120 miles of very spectacular mountain and valley roads with a provided easy to read tulip style rally road map backed up by a conventional road map. Some may stay choose to stay over on Sunday night and travel home later on Monday, others may prefer to leave on Sunday evening.

This large hotel is always busy with other motor events but they are holding 10 double rooms for that weekend at a special rate. For a four course dinner, bed and breakfast the rate for two nights is £76 per person per night. If you only want to stay for one night the rate is £86 per person. There is a single person occupancy premium of £10. Ring the hotel direct (01597 823700) and mention the Porsche Club East Midlands weekend. You will need to book promptly. More rooms might be available at the end of June so, if all our reserved rooms are taken, you can leave your name on reserve, or you can book elsewhere locally and join us.

When you have booked and intend to join us please let Tom know at fishers911@aol.com

Address: Temple St, Llandrindod Wells LD1 5DY
Phone: 01597 823700

I've booked already - get cracking !!
