Have you tried a Porsche Centre? I'd have thought they'd be the only likely source.

Chris ( 01392 822800 ) phoned back a little while ago, situation is this.
There were available from Porsche a small number of Books dated about 1990 - with the knowledge that they're attaining the status of Hen's teeth he's ordered them all in and can provide them.
Individual pages are not available - it's the whole book or nothing.
As there are not many I should get your order in very quickly.
As I will not need a whole book I'll check the size, style etc of the replacement and I'm sure for the cost of postage I may well be able to pass on a page or two for those who are not lucky
Cheers

A few years ago one of the Titanic regulars published a high quality PDF scan of the service page which when printed out on good quality card was very close to the original.
Trouble is I can't find who did it or where he stored it????? Any other old hands remember this? (or have a copy of it)
But then I am doing DIY servicing, not having it done at a centre, so I'm not trying to "collect all the stamps".
Oli.
