When my first service was undertaken, the OPC forgot to tick the PCM Service History "Brake Fluid Changed" entry. In trying to correct this (some time after the event, which may have accentuated the problem) they have only been able to create two duplicate entries (with all the correct boxes ticked), one with the original mileage and one with the mileage when they were trying to fix the problem.
Perhaps, not surprisingly they are not able to remove the incorrect entries and have reverted to the Porsche Connect people, who can hopefully fix it remotely. While this is not a huge problem, my advice is to check your PCM when you have your car serviced.
