Service Recommendation

I am in Stratford-upon-Avon and have previously used PCT Cars in Coventry to do a service for me, which I was happy with.

It is now time for an annual service and MOT (12,000 miles), and I have no problem with going back to PCT, but would like any information that you have on alternatives (Tuthill, Meridan etc.).

I am looking for not only a good price, but a friendly contact with helpful advise. A loan car for me to get home during the day would also be helpful, as I tend to end up dropping off and collecting the car on my own.

Any postings welcome, as I guess there are others in the region that have the same requirements.

I had some small bits of work done at Meriden, and was very happy. The guys' own business so seems to want to keep the work and happy clients.
Very chatty, offered good advice and competetive costs.

I use Porschetech at Meriden and have found him (Martin) to be very knowledgeable and easy to deal with and does a very good job of keeping my 968 on the road. On more than one occasion he has been happy to give advice over the phone (even though it meant no more work for him personally). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone (FYI, I initially used PCT but was unimpressed).

More praise for Shirley's/Porschetech, they put me in direct contact with their paint man - a goodwiil gesture that will ensure I take mine there soon!
