That time of year is coming round again for a service. I am embarrassed to say I have only done 3000 miles since last year when I had a minor service and a brake fluid change, the year before was a annual inspection due to low mileage which I think is what I will be looking at again. I will be due some plugs too as will have been 13000 since they were last changed. Does anyone know what make plugs get used and what the general charge is for the privilage of having them replaced?

Standard fit on the C4S are Beru FGR 5KQE0. Porsche charge £8.96 each +VAT, but you can buy them for half that elsewhere. Book time is 1.3 hours.
I'm not sure you can do annual, minor, annual, you may have to fit in a major this year. Besides that's 1 oil change in 3 years, regardless of mileage I wouldn't encourage it.
Yep, thats a good point. I did have a RMS replaced however which will have been an interim oil change but you may well be right, a major service may be forth coming...

I had an anual last year at Zentrum, year before that a minor with Brake fluid, year before that Major with Plugs, so this year I'll have a major with Brake Fluid. I'm gonna leave the plug untill 2011 as the car has only done 2,500 since the plugs were last changed, so seems a bit over kill, but will have em checked just in case
