Hi,
Just thought I would share this experience with you.

Driving to work along the A4 Monday morning following a 90's Honda civic with blacked out windows and big boy exhaust. As usual the single lane went into duel carridgeway after the roundabout, so, I went to the inside where there was no traffic. The civic thought I wanted a race and as I went around the roundabout I herd the roar of his engine so I put my foot down (not to be outdone) and found that he was all show and no go and saw him fade into the distance. Put a smile on my face.

Why do they think they have a chance?, can't they read the word 'Turbo' on the back.

Anyone else have similar experiences?

This morning (01:30) on North Circular Road at a set of traffic lights. Chavved up Nova with enormous exhaust and huge alloys wheel spun away from the lights. Next lights about 500 yds away we stop again. This time I floor it and leave him for dead.

Oh, forgot to mention, I was in my Range Rover, not in sport mode, full tank of petrol and fully loaded with heavy equipment and 2 passengers.

A similar experience to Rick's:-

Baby BMW 3 series at a set of lights in Birmingham. He was looking across and revving in true "I don't know what I'm doing" style. As the lights went green we left him in our wake. It must have been a fairly significant wake as well as a V8 Discovery with a Westfield on a 4 wheel trailer hitched to the back makes a pretty large hole in the air. [:D]
