Sherbrooke

Hi Dougie
I didnt get through to Glasgow, It was my Wedding anniversary, thought i might be better staying put
as going of to Classic/MPH in Birmingham for the Weekend with the Lads....(not my boys)

Are you going down to Birmingham??

Cheers Al

Answers on a poscard to .....Great turnout and nice to see new faces comming along to the Glasgow meet ,and especialy to get some females along ,also got a technical talk about 3rd gear rings from Mike N,and a slide show by Dougie, some where still there at 11.45

Yeah it was good putting faces to names at last and the car park looked like a performance car show. Apologies to the guys/gals that i never got a chance to talk to/introduce myself. I was too busy trying to talk Kim into doing the novice day on the 24th(By the look on Scotts face at the thought of Kim doing a track day at Knochill was a story in itself ) and listening to "Speedy Gordonzales" talk about trackdays and the merits of a 996 GT3RS.

Brian - I think you were talked into a arranging a Curry Bowl night??? Not sure what that is or i picked it up wrong - Curry & Ten Pin Bowling???

P.S.Greigs new Ferrari 360 looked brillaint.

thats because kim (i) wanted to do it in my ferrari ! said she would be gentle with my brakes !!!!! [8|]
will come up for a look on the 24th - could be a giggle !

scott.

I think I'm going to give the 24th a try. If I can get that '44 Lux sold, I'll definitely be up for it. Good to see so many people last night (although it made that tricky car park feel even tighter!) Looking forward to Birmingham on Saturday, might catch some of you there.

Hi all,

Really enjoyed last night. It was a real pleasure to meet you all, put faces to names, get some knowledge about K/Hill, see some car bits and discuss my 7 gears!!!! Oh, and have a few glasses of vino for a change as Alison, pal that she is chauffeured me last night.

Well the gauntlet has been thrown and us easties will certainly make you all welcome at our meetings at the Dakota one fine evening (if you dare!!!!).

Maybe I will see some of you at K/Hill on the 24th, not in Scotts Ferrari though, heard the brakes are a bit dodgy.[;)]

Kim x

Dam, wish I was around during the week to come over.

On talking to Scottie this morning it was a full house, including some hot tottie......and that was just Brian!!!! [:D]

Inkyboy...............if there is a xmas night out, you should get an award. With over 2100 hits on your 'lets see those cars' topic, I don't think that will ever be beaten.
UNLESS of course............there were photos of the hot tottie at the Sherbrooke on Tuesday!!!![;)]
Kx
Had to edit the number of hits.....gone up 200 since Wednesday!

Depends on definition of Hot Totti Kim?[;)] Though i did notice/paid slight attention/maybe had a breif look/admired from a distance/ok....i liked LBDs "footwear".[:D][:D]

And, what do you mean definition of Hot Tottie, yeh yeh yeh, I'm probably like a hot tattie/baked potato compared to our Alison !!![;)][:D][;)]
That's it, the street cred has gone already!!!

Kx

You fishing for compliments Kim. Any female driving a performance car does it for me!![:D][:D] Vicky Butler Henderson(5th Gear) TweetTwooooooooooo!!

Hot Totti is a tricky question nowadays - it can fall into two camps.

Camp 1. Old school Hot Totti is the Page 3 type Bimbos under 25s eg.Jordon,PussyCat Dolls,Pit-Lane Girls,Pam Anderson etc, basically any model seen in Maxin/Loaded magazine in there underwear.

But there is a NEW type of Hot Totti! THE thinking mans Hot Totti! Usually over 30 years of age and can speak the English language.

In Camp 2.Fiona Bruce,Natasha Kaplinksy,Sarah Beeny(Property Show),Trinny&Susannah(the thin one?[;)])

All in my humble opinion that is.

was an interesting night - am now enlightened how alison managed to pass her driving test by wearing her school uniform (she was 22 at the time!)

Yeah reckon I get to choose the reward tho...........[8|]

I think I should get free advertsising for bringing the most traffic to the forum ever!!!!!!

Or maybe I will just get someone free finance and then they can write a report and take picture of the money and call it a write up like the detailing thread in the other section!!!! Don't start me on that!!!!

Wonder what my next thread biggie will be as over 1900 is gonna be hard to beat..............

Up for a 6am flight so better get of to beddy baws.

Greig, nice to see you've changed your avatar!! Very subtly done......curvaceous sports cars do it for me, don't know about the engine!! [:D][:D][:D]
