Picked my S2 Cab up from storage yesterday. She had all ready been cleaned and polished and retuned to red from pink, seat leather treated, roof coloured and proofed. Completed the service, engine oil and filter, air filter and plugs.Unable to change the brake fluid as all the bleed nipples were so tight that i chickened out befor they snapped. Job for next winter, if they break i will be able to send them away for repair. Replaced the indicator switch (not cancelling on the o/s) purchased from Exeter opc. Looking forward to roof down bank holiday motoring?? No chance. Sitting and looking out of the window at the rain beading niceley on the roof and looking at the internet thinking about buying a new head unit, no cd player as so little storage room just radio, I Pod and sd card player. Arm rest box has enough room for SD cards. Hopefully the weather will improve and I will be able to enjoy the fruits of my labour soon.

Does the S2 cab have the same storage space either side of the boot as the 968? I have the battery in the nearside one and a Pioneer 10 disc CD changer in the other, linked to a pioneer CD Radio. I think the cabling was already there when I bought the car - ISTR something about the first owner having a phone installation but can't be sure.

I've mounted an Alpine 6 CD player on the back of the rear seat tops.It just clears when you fold down the seat top to enable you to change the discs and then is concealed in the boot with the seat up.
