Shot in foot - by wife

No real point tothis one - I'm just trying to make myself feel better by writing it down. Like most of you, I go out of my way to make sure that my 964 looks good and is well maintained - I park it miles away from the other cars in the supermarket car park, for example, just to help avoid parking dents. Well despite our Jaguar X-type having all singing/dancing parking sensors, my wife has just managed to reverse it into my Porsche while it was safely parked on the drive. Cracked my new clear indicator lens and scuffed the bumper. Needless to say the Jag was unmarked.
Looking on the bright side, it makes it easier to justify the front end respray I've been toying with for some time. Still well miffed though...

If it makes you feel any better I reversed into my 944 whilst in the drive, wouldn't have seen so bad if it wasn't for the fact the Jeep has a tow-bar fitted so the 944's rear bumper (fibreglass) was completely f@%$ed.
'Worse things happen at sea'
All part of the fun.
Cheers,

I can see this happening to me. Drive too small for 2 daily runners and a 993. Need to find some time to rent a JCB and do some drive expansion.
