Should I buy it ?

Norwegian enthusiast is considering to buy a 2004 Cayenne Turbo. The car is outrageously expensive in Norway (taxes) so I don't want to make any mistakes. Can any of you give me advice about what to look for before I make the final decision ?
The car is imported to Norway from USA. Anybody know if software upgrade is neccesary to make the navigator ec work ?
