as soon as you follow the procedure, it gets done - in your case less than two minutes after the details got to me!I'm still waiting
NO - this is not the procedure; first thing is TO READ THE WELCOME email - surprise, surprise, it tells you what to do...e-mail admin with your membership no, and your forum log on name.
(for those wsho can't read welcome emails: you must send your Froum login and PCGB membership number to club office; they check and let me know and I activate 'member' status. And yes, it could be done automatically but it is my view (and Nic's view) that the cost is not justified - better to spend members' money on Porsche-realted stuff?)

the staff are salaried but directors, regional organiser, register secretaries and others (eg archivist) do it for love...Does anyone get paid at PCGB or does everyone do it for the love of the cars? (serious question)
