Hi members can someone please advise. I noticed that one of my side light bulbs has blown and I have seen on design 911 that that are some led bulbs on the market. When trying to order them they ask if the side pins on the bulbs are equal or staggered car is a 2003 c4s many thanks everyone.

Pretty certain mine are equal on 996.1 standard 5w bulb with pins. Best to check by removing unit as described in car manual.

Hi Pieman
On my year 2000 turbo they are staggered, I have fitted led's to my side lights & the bulb type is a BA105s from memory.
The only place that I could find them from was from this company "http://www.bettercarlighting.co.uk"
From memory about £15.00 the pair.
Hope that this is helpfull
Brian

Thanks Brian had been onto 911 design and got some there @ 15.00 plus went to change them sat and the headlamp tool was missing waiting for one to turn up in post.

Many thanks simon

In my experience you don't need any special tool to remove the headlamps, a socket of either 7mm, or 8mm, with appropriate ratchet does the job

Thanks for that boss dog have read on the forum before it's a 5 mm ???. Tool won't take long thanks any way.

Hi peeps have changed the bulbs for led side lights also bought the head light tool. I must say they look the dogs under carriage wish you all a happy New Years and thanks for your answers.??
