Side windows

Here's a silly one - How do you keep the side windows clean ?
I spent a fair amount of time yesterday cleaning the inside of the side windows on my boxster- of course as soon as I opened a door to get out the window drops and gets marked again- also the effect is much worse when you drop the roof (as I did to clean the wind deflector).

Also- how do you clean the inside of the rear screen (glass) do I partly open the roof and then find someone with extremely long hands ?

You can get to the glass from the outside, by following the instructions on accessing the engine in the handbook.
Go as far as the bit where you unclip the cables and the rear channel - and then you can move the roof forward and get under the bottom of it to the glass.

(At least this is the case with the plastic window - I can only assunme the same for the glass!)

I usually remove the wind deflector to reach the inside of the rear screen and clean the deflector before replacing it.

Before you say it, I think one of my ancestors was a chimpanzee! [:D][:D]

the side window grease smears are a well known issue - i don;t seem to be as badly affected as other owners,; dont know whether this is cos i use Rejex inside and out, or whether i've just got less grease than others [&:]
