Sill hole template for torsion bar re index

Going to be fitting my gaz shocks at the weekend and was also going to bore the holes in the rear to allow re-index. does anyone have a template on paper that I could use to work out where to drill the hole.I have a 64 mm metal corer with pilot drill, so just need to know where to drill. Would be happy to pay postage charges etc for template.
