Recently had both sides sorted.A previous owner had an expensive repair done to the rear quarter areas but as you can see all that was done was hide the rot with filler ! and so the rust rotted the rest from the inside out.

I've noticed you not got the rear drain hole now? There's a small drain hole under the bung in the rear.

Iv just had simmler work done on my drivers rear sill/ arch but I kept the oringnal sills with the dimond was yours rusty all the way along or just in the rear.

Thanks for posting them.

Would you mind me asking how much it cost to get them done (Or did you do them yourself?)
The work was done by a restoration specialist garage , I know them and do leather restoration work for them so what it cost me is probably not a good indicator. But it would have been in the region of £2k I think.

Thanks for pointing that out I will check and see if one is needed.
New outers were manufactured as the rust at the bottom was all along but not too bad.For the little extra worth doing.
They cleaned up all the support areas and jacking points and treated , all were in good condition apart from a little surface rust where the underbody protection had come adrift.
