Camping Details...

It would be fun to get as many RS owners as we can at the Whittlebury Campsite.
Informal group BBQ Friday & Saturday night, stories of parade lap spins around the campfire, gingangoolies, Des teaching us 'bush craft', etc, etc.

The campsite is situated at Whittlebury Park, and is a 15 min walk via 2 private pathways to the Copse, Becketts and Main Grandstand entrances of Silverstone, or a 5 minute drive the long way round. The Lakeside Campsite has toilet and hot shower facilities, electrical hook-up for motorhomes, and an onsite purpose-built bar and restaurant.

Cost is £10 per night for a tent + vehicle (6m x 7m plot - not marked out though), vehicles or tents over 6m and electrical hook-up is extra.

To book your camping you will need to contact Whittlebury Park to obtain a campsite pack which will include a booking form to return with your cheque (strictly 'analogue' booking).

I have liased with the campsite to secure a dedicated area for 964RSs. When you return your booking form, please clearly write (PORSCHE 964RS CLUB CAMPING) alongside your name. They will then do their best to make sure we are all in the same area.

Anyone else recieved an email that say's tickets are almost ready? Bit concerned as part of the email talks about " Directing you to best available car park !!!"

Me too Laurence - had a long conversation when I ordered mine so hopefully ok.

Tony

The email we received was just a standard email. You are both on the MotionWorks list for display passes so no need to worry (yet... ).
