Silverstone Classic - who's going?
It would be good to know who to look out for at Silverstone next weekend. I know there is a small group, including me. going down on Friday morning from the north east, calling at Woodall services on the M1 at 10:00 am to meet up with a few others. If you are passing, please join us.

I will try to put the Cayman banner up at the venue and arrange a time and place to meet if possible.

We will lack the main PCGB tent, but free coffee is available (even if it is only filter). The main event has a full programme so I am looking forward to three days of being a proper petrolhead again.

Sorry John it's not really my thing - I'll be at the BTCC at Oulton Park all weekend instead [:D] I believe Martin will be at the Classic, not sure who else will be from round here.

Have a great weekend!

Hi John,

There is a group of us from R5 heading down on Friday for the weekend and staying on after the weekend for the club track day on Monday.

Hope to see you there.

Martin

Hi John

We will be there Friday and Saturday, looking forward to my (was) yearly fix, hearing proper racing engines DFV’s etc. again - fingers crossed the weather holds

see you all there

Phil

I'm heading down there for the whole weekend, on the reserve list for the track day on the 2nd, will just have to wait and see if a space becomes available.
