Is anyone planning a trip to this event? If so do you want to get a bit of a Yorkshire Convoy going? I am planning to go down fairly early on the Saturday morning. Also if anyone can recommend a good campsite near to the circuit I'd appreciate it - I did get a price from one but it was £55 for one night to pitch a tent!!!

Thanks

Hi, We are planning to go to Silverstone Classic on Friday afternoon and camp Friday/Saturday night and leave on Sunday afternoon. The camp site where we are stopping is called Litchlake farm. Talked to owner called Steve, no need to book for Classic. Cost is about £10.00 per night per person. There post code is NN12 8TJ, have a look on Goolge earth. It's just about opposite the main entrance. Check Silverstone website for more details if you like. www.silverstone-camping.co.uk So far there are eight of us stopping there, you are more than welcome to join us. Regards John Oakes
