Hi all,

Well the time has come to book my Silverstone experience. I'm heading up to Silverstone for Friday 3rd April for the afternoon session. Anyone else attending at that time? If so, it would be nice to say hello.

All the best,
Mark

I'll be there tomorrow at the invitation of my OPC[:)]. Really it's a Cayman marketing event but still the opportunity to try out the new circuit is not to be sneezed at.

what a hoot[:D]

felt just a bit pressured on the kick plate knowing I had dickie attwood in the car right behind watching me make a potential b*llsup[:D]

great fun and very well done porsche on a great morning

I'm there, also with a 9.00am start tomorrow. I'll be taking the new car (Targa 4) but will opt for using their one on the track!
Loving the car so far. Took it up to the Lake District last weekend and it was brilliant.
See you all tomorrow.

Well what a fantastic friday afternoon I had.

The Kick plate was definately the favourite for me. Although learning what PASM can do for you with the "hands off" braking on half the ice hill was a brilliant lesson.

Low grip circuit had a little too much grip on the donut section but a great laugh. The simulated B road with it's off cambers and blind corners was a great 2nd and 3rd gear blast.

Had a great instructor and the weather shone through... what a way to end the working week!

Then headed to the Heritage Motor museum at Gaydon on the Saturday.
