Silverstone Porsche

Just a quick note. I need some new pads on my 86 911 and didn't have time to go over to see Nick at Auto2000. So as Silverstone Porsche is just around the corner from my office I rang them. They where very helpful, they took the car in next day gave me a lift back to the office and even gave the car a mini valet.

I even got a discount on there normal rate (still abit more than Nick!!). I had a coversation with the new aftersales manager and he is very keen to keep his guys busy and is open for a deal on working on pre 996 cars.

Thought the local members might find it interesting.

Colin,

Thanks for posting that. I guess, like you, I'd never really considered going there for anything but (some) parts and it's nice to know that there are deals to be done.

Cheers

Dave
