I attended a track day at Silverstone on Wednesday. It was an RMA day and I think its fair to say I was a little out of my depth with Challenge, Prom Am and Cup cars in attendance. Still enjoyed my day though and it was a great opportunity to drive the new arena GP circuit. Hope you enjoy the clip which like my driving has room for improvement. The final part of the video is an onboard video showing my first few aps of the new circuit. I got a little quicker as the day went on but still a long way to go to get up to a good pace in the new car

Nice video.
Its hard to capture the sensation of speed on video. Very well presented.
Thanks
Hendrik

Yes I was there as well and I saw a red GT3, along with the new dark grey GT3RS and two white GT3's and then some serious track prepared kit as well.

We were there with Ecurie25 doing a members track day in garage 1 and 1a, so had a boxster cup car, a yellow exige and a black ferrari the last two of which you can see on the video clip you posted. the boxster was one very well sorted out competetive car and the best by far even though it looked bland.

I then took my own black 997 turbo out late in the day about 430pm for a few laps to see what that was like and gently took it round to keep it in one piece as it goes later this year, the track was very quiet then so a good start and my first time in my own car.

I thought the circuit and the day were both really good, RMA have a great reputation for serious track days.

Nice video Bob,

Good to see you still using the GT3 as intended

Nice laps

Some serious kit there.....
