Hi Alan. I assume you know about the sim racing community in the club? If your visit creates any desire to take sim racing forward, let me know and we can provide any advice you need to get set up at home. Regards, Steve

Is that still active? - I looked recently and the sim racing section of the website appears to have not been updated since last year - I looked on discord and could see a calendar for 2024.

Yes it is. We are just finishing season 8. season 9 will probably start around Sept/Oct But we have one off races between then and now. Latest Porsche Post has an article on sim racing. Here’s the link to the discord channel… https://discord.com/channels/694871038483497091/694871038952996886

Yeah - OK - that (to me) appears to tell me lots about what I missed and even the FAQ's on discord link the full race calendar on the pcgb website - which only has links to last years races (season 7) ..... or refers to the pinned messages in the general-chat channel - which doesn't have a race calendar in there.

I wouldn't mind watching (either youtube) or iracing spectate on a few races. I tried to follow the series but despite the discord stuff I cant really seem to figure out when races are occurring.

Perhaps it's just me - but all seems a bit impenetrable for someone who just wants to (for now) see whats going on.

Hi. Take your point completely. We missed adding the schedule to the pcgb website this season. Will do for season 9. Here is the link to the racespot youtube channel for the last but one race of season 8 at circuit of the Americas.
. Next one is a week on Wednesday at 8pm.
