I was there from Tuesday till Monday with Peter Bull and Ann-Marie.....We had a great time including the set-up and tear down of the Club stand.

Me and the girls were there on the Sunday. I would have been happy just left in the car park with the sea of 911s.

I was there on Sunday, one of the lucky ones who got a full circuit, but one of the unlucky ones who spent half the day stuck out on the other side of the circuit caught up in the organisational shambles.

I did get into 4th gear though (about 25 mph) [:D]

Nice.... the 917 literally has to be one of the most iconic sportscars in automotive history - well, that and the 250 GTO!

Check out what some lovely bloke put on youtube.......the lot, on a 24 min video....nice.

I'm at 2min46, just ahead of Bryan Pearson in his lovely White 964 (B5PEA).
I parked next to Steve (Mr Bacchus) Fenton, who is lovingly caring for a D90d Red machine, which used to be owned by a Mr. John Miles.......and asked if I'd heard of him [;)]
A couple of emails later and the car should be re-united with it's more familiar C4PSH.
Great weekend, as last year, and plan to be back over for 2014.
Additionally, for those who know of him, Don Traver is currently at ours, on his third European tour in his Californian RS America......he sends his regards.

Enjoy,

Jon

He was our next door neighbour on the campsite at Le Mans on the Lycian campsite when he was over, must be 3 years ago now, or was it 3 Le Mans ago?
