Hi Everyone

A date for your diary

We are holding a skittles evening (remember the wooden pins things that you throw a wooden ball at in an alley at the back of a pub) on the 7th October.

It will be at the Blue Bell at Hobey, Nr Melton Mowbray and the evening will also include a 'pub meal' for around £6.50 pp.

For those who wish to, Adrian will arrange a scenic run to get there of about 25 miles.

If you are interested please let us know as we need numbers for catering.

This may be one of the last runs of the summer so may be your last opportunity to enjoy the car before the dreaded winter begins :-(

Cheers

Kerry and Tom

Hi everyone
We have not had much of an uptake on the suggested run out and skittle evening so may have to postpone it until next summer.
If however you still have an interest in the October date please indicate on the forum or email me.
Cheers
tom

Hi Tom & Kerry

Spoke with Kerry yesterday at Calke Abbey and just to confirm can you please put Mandy & I down for this event .... R9 interlopers!!!

Look forward to seeing you all again

Hi Tom and Kerry,

Sorry been so long in getting back to you, if the skittles goes ahead on Oct 7th can you please put me and Sue down as we would love to attend.

Hi everyone
It looks like we have enough cars to make it the evening viable, so I will keep you informed of the details nearer the time. (starting time and place for the run to the pub etc.)
Kevin, if there are more than two of you, let us know and we can pass the numbers onto the pub for catering (the more the merrier!)
Looking forward to seeing the rest of you on the night if not before
Anyone else who would like to join us let us know on the forum, by email or phone or see us at the next club night
Cheers
Kerry

Hi Kevan
Yes, did get your email thanks for letting us know
See you soon
Tom

We hope you all enjoyed the skittles as much as we did and a big thank you to Adrian for organising the whole evening, including a very interesting run down roads and lanes we didn't know existed
It was great to see some old (not literally of course!) and new faces in the group and hope for lots more fun trips in the future
Cheers
