Slight rattle from fron nearside convetible roof

When the roof is close there is a slight rattle from the nearside where the Rook locks onto the Windscreen

Have looked to see if any rubber is worn but feel this is more of an adjustment

There is no adjustment on the roof so suggest its where the near side catch goes into the nearside Clip that is incorporated into the Sun Visor.

Roof shuts OK

Thanks

You lot are a tough audience!

Richard - I'll email you some Technical Bulletins which show remedies for some of the cabriolet and hardtop noises.

Shot the Rook its dead

It looks like there is an upgrade

New one piece part

Mine is one piece so need to contact Porsche Chester they will help

If its not silly money will order one and see if it cures the problem - Its 24.00 plus VAT. 2 Needed will lookat if I can modify part

The off side pulls right down

But the near side has some movement when the roof is closed your can push it down so its not tight

No adjustment seems to be available and the part looks ok when compared to offside
