Club,
Just thought I'd share this with you.
Always have problems with the hose pipe and the speed of water out of the nozzle?
Always find the hose too cumbersome and unwieldy to handle on those small areas?
Ever wish you had a smaller bore pipe, slower running water and lightweight?
Try this.
I purchased a few components off Amazon and these arrived yesterday. Thought I'd spend the weekend on the car cleaning all those difficult to get to areas.
Basically it's an in-line water valve that allows you to reduce the water flow right at the end of the pipe, just where you need access to a tap.
Then a bore reducer to reduce the normal hosepipe down to the 4mm water piping system usually used for garden watering and irrigation systems.
Then add a length of 4mm pipe and a small adaptor to the end and there you have it.
A controllable, small water pipe just the right size to get in to the small sills and troughs, ideal with a 10mm or 20mm paint brush to shift the stubborn dirt.
Once clean, dry off and you have a perfectly clean and dry sill or trough.
Have fun.
Steve
