Help. Have just bought Snooper Saphire to replace old Snooper S6R but finding it impossible to link the unit to my PC. Am reasonably IT literate but can't find any way of getting the PC to recognise the Snooper unit when it's plugged into the USB port. Anyone else have similar problems or suggestions? Drivers etc all copied onto hard drive so should recognise it. Any help gtatefully received. (This post is also in the General Forum) Michael

Have bought a Sapphire as well as gave my S4 Neo to a member of staff. Have no problems with connectivity now but seem to recall on first installing that you had to be very carefull with the sequence. If you connected USB before being prompted by software then it failed. Sure you have !! but would suggest reading quick start guide and on screen instructions and very carefully follow the sequence.
PS Find Sapphire a bit quiet especially when hard on the loud pedal. Changed setiings to harsh alert and full volume setting and now just about laudable but would leave any driving music you like to play loud at home.
