haha yes , around £750 just on parts, lets just say i'm not going to opc to get them all fitted.
then i want to get a full service done on it as its going to be the second summer i have had it and wants doing. on the plus side however it is £47 cheaper to insure than my other car :)

You see what happens when you use them... or store them for winter! At least you will have a few years before it happens again!

haha yup, its 12 years old so this sort of thing is to be expected, better then a friends as he has just had to fork out £3000 to do his, i am however not happy about the dent i received on the rear upper wing from what looks like a hammer being dropped on to it when it went into get its first mot :( going to be a expensive repair i think

Ouch, sounds like you took it to Kwikfit. Did they show you the corroded brake pipes? Or have you had a look since. This seems severe, was there advisory on them last year? Or do you live by the sea?

I Mot'd my 2000 Boxster yesterday, no advisories just commented on rattling heat shield.

Hope you get sorted soon and on the road, apparently Summer is coming.

Alan.
