Sold my 944 today . . . gutted

I wanted a 944 forever and spent a packet on her making her right and proper but I wanted a Red one and I wanted a Turbo or perhaps an S2 and therefor the Black one had to go to help fund it.

I got a decent price for her and took a Mercedes CLK320 Avantgarde in PX

The Merc is nice but ill be punting it I reckon soon and looking for that ultimate Red 944

New owner got himself a nice '44 with a cracking plate on her too

Its search time !!

I'm tempted

Would really prefer the Linen leather

I dont want much i know but i want to get it right this time round
 
I was going to suggest the exact same car . Was planning on swinging by to take a look at it today on my down from Aberdeen but they are an internet based company and don't seem to have an actual physical showroom to visit . It's also listed as an auction on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220767825890&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT . I must admit i do also hanker after a red Turbo albeit with full linen leather interior but i'd best get the two Lux's i already have sorted first ............unless some one wants to do a straight swap 2 for 1 . [:)]

Also i dont think i,m keen on this part of the description

This is not a new car or anything like it, rather one
that requires a level of reconditoning to restore it to its former glory in many
areas.

I would study the photos of the service record closely, there are 3 duplicate entries which seems a little odd.
