Sold the 993 for a 996.....

Hi guys, i just want to add a thanks to all at that 993 forum for all the help and advice given, its been great.

I have had a few other cars since the 993, but have come back to Porsche cos i miss the drive.

Bought am M3 Cab SMG, hated it (had it a week)
Audi RS6, my wife would not go in it due to being an estate! (owned for 10 days)
R34 GTR, again wife would not go in due to all the spoilers, and boy racer looks (lasted 2 weeks)

So, i have bought a 996 turbo Cab, I am quite taken with it and so is the wife.

So i am leaving this forum for now, but i would have another 993 turbo. I love the looks and mechanical drive but could not live with the ageing interior.

I can post the drive differences, but i feel its all been done before.
 
Believe it or not, this is my 108th car!!!!

My wife thinks its my mission in llife to have my name on every log book!

I am stopping for now though, insurance company thinks i am a dealer!!!

For me, the fact the wife would not get in, would be a major bonus [:D]
 
Cheers guys, just to let you know, she has no idea about cars she bought a Lexus SC430 which i wont go in!!!!

I note your post slagging off the 993 was put on the 996 forum!
