Some PCGB trackdays now bookable

Just noticed that some of the 2004 PCGB trackdays are now confirmed on the main web site, so they are bookable by downloading the application form and then sending it off with a separate cheque for each event.

Anyone planning to do any of these?

I fancy one of the Goodwood or Castle Combe ones as they are the cheapest and I have not actually been to either of them previously. Silverstone at £325 for members is really pricey -- 968 owners have probably got the wrong demographics for that event!!!

Have booked 6th May at Castle Coombe (Wilts) and 15th Sept at Goodwood (W Sussex) -- would be good to see some of you if you are in the mood for some tracking or just a socialise. A few 968's could get among the rear engined brigade and give them a fright! -- now that is what I call fighting talk!!

Porsche Post just arrived with trackday details inside, so everyone can see the info now. Suggest you consider booking any if you want to go, as the popular ones book up quite quickly.

Talking of Porsche Post there is a great article on a guy with his 928 -- he uses it a lot, include trackdays where he chews up sets of pads in a day and gets 9 mpg! Not much on 968's apart from another good article about some members who went to 3 tracks in Europe including Nurburgring, one was a red 968CS.
