Surely you have done post production with Photoshop or equivalent; good use of HDR and Bloom effect... the banding in the sky colours: is that because of editing artifacts or jpeg compression, hope the original hasn't got it... cool work!
 
Yes I like the digi looking sky!! Never want to make digi slr shots look like film!

No HDR just shadow/highlight and individual level tweaking!

Use a Canon 350D with a Sigma 10-20 lens and Sigma flash.
