Someone's been royally bent over by an OPC.....

Wrong!

It is an IMPORT - he says so.

So it looks like he ordered from an importer, and they have sold him a 986 which they have imported. I bet it has not got 2 years warranty left either. It will have warranty remaining from the time the OPC in whatever country it was originally sold in, sold it to the importer.

This is exactly the sort of problem that has caused Porsche UK to ask Porsche Post to stop publishing adverts for non-C16 imports.

And there was me thinking it was because Porsche did'nt want to harm Porsche Cars GB profits by having a level playing field or encouraging competition. Silly me. There doing it to keep us out of harms way ahhhhhhh bless em[;)][;)][;)] Come on Mark, the OPC's are'nt exactly perfect either!

I think you have seen me airing my views on OPC's before...

I "say it like it is". It just so happens this is a tale of being "bent over" by an Independant.

I have also recommended independants many times - so I'm not playing faverourites at all...
